The journey of bagasse-based products begins in the sugarcane fields. Once the sugarcane is harvested and the juice is extracted by crushing the stalks, the leftover fibrous residue, known as bagasse, is repurposed rather than discarded as waste.
The bagasse is dried, processed into pulp, and molded into eco-friendly products such as food containers, tableware, and packaging. These products are durable, biodegradable, and free from harmful chemicals, making them a sustainable alternative to plastics and other non-biodegradable materials.
